This workshop will provide participants with a framework for understanding 2SLGBTQ-based discrimination and harassment. There will be focussed discussions on experiences of workplace discrimination and the impacts at work. The session will address relevant institutional policies and practices, and will also feature case studies for deepening learning and understanding of the impacts of 2SLGBTQ-based discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Participants will be offered strategies for building more inclusive campus communities and workplaces.
