Building Inclusive Environments: Addressing Anti-Asian Racism and Discrimination in the Workplace – May 7, 2026

Session Description

This session provides participants with an overview of the human rights code grounds pertaining to racial and race related discrimination with a focus on – Anti-Asian racism in Canada.
Through examples and scenarios, participants will explore how Anti-Asian racial discrimination manifests in work and learning environments. Participants will be introduced to tools to effectively respond to Anti-Asian race-related conflicts in the work and learning environment as well as strategies to fostering inclusive environments for diverse Asian communities.
