Please join the University of Toronto and the Schwartz Reisman Institute for Technology and Society at a reception celebrating Professor Jacob Tsimerman, recipient of the 2026 Fields Medal.
Professor Jacob Tsimerman will offer a brief reflection on mathematical discovery before joining Professor David Duvenaud in conversation about how mathematics may shape the future of AI, what new capabilities advances in the field could unlock, and the role mathematics can play in addressing questions of AI safety.
