Co-Designing the Next Phase of Sickle Cell Disease Care Community Priorities, Education and System Change – May 13, 2026

Session Description

In this session, members from the Family and Child Health Initiative team will share findings from a community-driven effort to co-design a paediatric sickle cell disease satellite clinic at Trillium Health Partners. By working with children, caregivers, clinicians, and community partners, this project centres lived and living experience to better understand gaps in care and identify priorities for more equitable and responsive services.
