As research becomes more collaborative and complex, its inherent uncertainties and organizational challenges can become more acute. Effective governance and risk management processes are therefore essential to anticipate and manage the challenges and ambiguities of research projects both large and small.
This webinar presents strategies, tools, and templates for effective governance and risk management for research projects, all of which can be applied using Microsoft Office software.
