Start 2023 off right for your research project management with this webinar tailored for governance and risk management.  As research becomes more collaborative and complex, its inherent uncertainties and organizational challenges can become more acute. Effective governance and risk management processes are therefore essential to anticipate and manage the challenges and ambiguities of research projects both large and small.

This webinar presents strategies, tools, and templates for effective governance and risk management for research projects, all of which can be applied using Microsoft Office software. Fictional examples, based on real projects, are used to show how the tools and strategies can be applied to a variety of research projects.CRIS, in response to attendee feedback, has extended the length of the webinar to accommodate more Q&A time with Dr. Paprica
