Outlook Experiences – What’s Changing and What Works Today

In this session, we will review Classic Outlook, the new Outlook, and Outlook on the web. This includes an overview of upcoming Microsoft changes, expected timelines, and a comparison of key features across different Outlook experiences.
We will also walk through feedback collected from the U of T community and discuss:
- Which features are currently available in the new Outlook
- Where functionality differs from Classic Outlook
- Known gaps and current workarounds
Participants are encouraged to share their own tips, workarounds, and productivity practices based on their day-to-day use of Outlook.
