Microsoft Scheduling Tools for Researchers: What to Use When – Sep. 17, 2020

Session Description

September 17, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

This information session will explore three different scheduling tools from the Office 365 suite of applications: Outlook shared resources, Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Shifts.

The shift to a COVID-19 informed University environment has necessitated the exploration of new software options that can be used to manage appointments, work-spaces and resources. The session will explore the use of these tools from the perspective of different use cases, and time will be set aside for questions.

Kathleen McLeod, Services Engagement Coordinator EASI

Vicki Vokas, Manager, Enterprise Digital Workplace (Moderator)
