The Centre for Research & Innovation Support, in collaboration with Research Services Office, is hosting a webinar on the upcoming 2026 SSHRC Insight Grant (IG) competition for the University of Toronto community.
This session will feature a faculty panel of a recent member of the IG Merit Review Committee as well as a successful IG applicant. Panelists will provide a window into the adjudication process by sharing their experiences participating on the review committee, and insider insights on crafting a strong proposal.
This session will also include a general overview of the Insight Grant, budget considerations, and the application process and deadlines. A question & answer period will follow.
