This session brings together leaders from the University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto to share and discuss effective strategies for advancing gender inclusion in leadership. Through a cross institutional dialogue, participants will explore the importance of gender inclusive practices and consider practical approaches for strengthening equity within their organizational environments. The session aims to support leaders in fostering more inclusive cultures and applying these insights within their day to day decision making and long-term planning.
