Session Description

This session provides a comprehensive exploration of anti-Black racial discrimination (ABR) within the University environment. Participants will examine how anti-Black racial discrimination manifests in individual, institutional and subtle forms in academic and workplace settings and identify tools and strategies to address ABR through relevant human rights legal and policy frameworks. The workshop will provide an overview of the complaints resolution process at the University of Toronto and the role everyone can play in fostering inclusive campus environments.
