Facilitation for Researchers 101

Series Description

Whether you are hosting a weekly team meeting, conducting a focus group with research participants, or organizing a strategic planning session with your research partners, robust facilitation skills can help to foster an environment of collaboration and learning, while boosting team engagement and morale.

If you are new to facilitation, or looking to refresh and reenergize your existing facilitation practice, The Centre for Research and Innovation Support invites you to participate in a newly launched Facilitation Series kicking off in 2022.

Each month, the Centre for Research and Innovation Support will take a deep dive into a particular aspect of facilitation featuring guest speakers from across the University of Toronto. During these hands-on sessions, we will explore as a group various practical tools and strategies you can apply to your own facilitation practice and share customizable templates you can experiment with.
