Series Description

Making & Sustaining the Pivot: Adapting your research program during COVID-19 and beyond

The 2020-21 academic year will be like no other at the University of Toronto. Our community of students, faculty and staff will learn, teach, research, and work in new ways.

As part of CRIS efforts to support the research and innovation community, we are launching this monthly webinar series, Making & Sustaining the Pivot.

Each session will offer perspectives from faculty members and other experts, and provide strategies for adapting or reinventing research methods and approaches, with opportunities for dialogue.

Topics focus on practical supports and tools for planning, conducting and disseminating research; and sharing effective methods for collaboration and engagement.

These 1 hr webinars are usually scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month.

Session Objectives

The aim of this monthly series is to support faculty to maintain productive research programs during the COVID19 pandemic and beyond.
