The sheer volume of general project management guidance can make it challenging for research teams to know which project management practices to apply, and when and how to use them. In this webinar, Dr. Paprica will present three light-touch project management tools that she has tailored for research. You will learn how to use modifiable Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint versions of the tools to immediately and effectively improve your research project management.
