Intro to REDCap - A tool to support data collection at a distance
In this first webinar of the Making & Sustaining the Pivot series, faculty members will highlight basic and advanced features of REDCap used to advance their research.
REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a free and secure web application that can be used to build and manage online surveys and databases. REDCap was introduced for research use at U of T in 2019, and is a versatile tool for faculty to consider as a data collection option during COVID-19.

- Describe REDCap and its key features for data capture
- Describe the benefits of utilizing REDCap to support research as an alternate data collection strategy during the pandemic and beyond
- Locate and follow start-up procedures for new users
