Session Description

Through a combination of lecture and activities, and building upon part 1, this 2-hour workshop will introduce key network analysis metrics, their basic applications, and how to calculate them using Gephi.

After taking this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify key network analysis metrics and their uses
• Calculate network statistics in Gephi
• Apply basic network metrics to a real world dataset
• Use Gephi to create dynamic graphs that change over time
