Session Description

In this event, guest facilitator Linzi Williamson will share reflections and lessons learned from experiences conducting community-based and patient-oriented research with various groups who are generally considered vulnerable, from a research ethics perspective. Participants will join group discussions focused on sharing personal experiences with conducting research with vulnerable populations and questioning our modes of conduct.

December Guest Speakers:

Dr. Linzi Williamson, Assistant Professor, Psychology and Health Studies, University of Saskatchewan.

Dr. Williamson is an Assistant Professor and Credentialed Evaluator with over 12 years of leading and collaborating on community-based projects in the physical and psychological health domains, primarily within a patient-oriented research framework.
