Session Description

Live Discussion – an interactive, participant-driven discussion on hwo community-based research can facilitate positive social change responding to environmental and climate crises.

This live discussion will involve a short highlight of the three presentations within this sub-theme, followed by the opportunity for participants to engage in discussion around the question of “how can community-based research respond to environmental and climate crises?”. Participants will join break-out rooms to share their insights around this topic from their own experiences, and to share ideas about future directions. This will be an interactive event centered around participant engagement in discussion – come prepared to share, discuss, and learn from one another. Come prepared to share, listen, and co-learn with others.
