How can Canada build a more inclusive skills and employment system for Black communities?
This session will explore how systemic anti-Black racism continues to impact access to education, skills development, and meaningful employment, how to work with Black communities to dismantle barriers and co-create equitable pathways forward. Learn from project leaders and experts about what’s working and what’s needed to drive change in the skills ecosystem.
Who should attend? Employers, policymakers, training providers, workforce development professionals, and community-based organizations.
