The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) serve as a blueprint for global collaborations on societal grand challenges. The ambitious goals and their collaborative, international nature lead many institutions to wanting to understand how they are contributing to the SDGs and how they can plan increased contributions.
This webinar will include:
- Review the UN SDG initiative
- Examine the bibliometric approach to evaluating SDGs used by the THE Impact Rankings
- Explore use cases of how institutions are analyzing research contributions to SDGs at this institution, at peer institutions, and across the globe
- Walk-through examples of how to perform these types of analyses using SciVal
After the presentation (which will be recorded for viewing afterwards), the recording will be stopped to allow for an interactive Q&A sessions among attendees.
