Facilitating Highly Effective Engagements with Your Research Collaborators

The Centre for Research and Innovation Support (CRIS), has launched the CRIS Facilitation Toolkit! In this workshop, you will learn how this interactive toolkit can help you plan and facilitate highly effective collaborative engagements.
Using different case examples, this workshop will:
- Provide an overview of our Plan, Facilitate, and Debrief chapters to support your facilitation needs from the early planning stages through to debriefing with your team;
- Demonstrate how you can make the most out of the toolkit according to your meeting objectives from team brainstorming to reflection tools; and
- Highlight our customizable facilitation templates to help you get a head start on planning!
