Empowering Research: A Roadmap for Institutional Excellence
Efforts to shape institutional environments often include promoting behaviours and attitudes such as collaboration, empathy, and supportiveness. But for many, translating such words into actions can be challenging. This presentation will offer a roadmap for institutional support of such efforts, showcasing proven strategies from in-house programs to custom curricula. These initiatives have the power to help institutions support faculty as they inspire and unlock the full potential of their students and teams.
