This course is designed to provide you with techniques for successfully influencing others without having hierarchical authority. Regardless of level or role, everyone has to influence their stakeholders from time to time. We often rely on relationships to be successful at influencing, but what do you do when the people you are trying to influence aren’t in your network? This course will present influencing strategies to help you assess, plan and communicate for your influencing situations.

In this session, we will discuss influencing strategies and techniques that help you build and maintain trust. You will learn a simple model to assess your influencing situation, plan your approach and communicate clearly.
