Session Description

April 17 2024 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Graduate students, are you starting to think about your post-dissertation life? Are you curious about an alternative academic (or “alt-ac”) career? • Translating your research skills for an outside market
  • Creating a career narrative
  • Best practices for reframing your academic CV into a resume
  • What hiring managers look for when reading a resume and cover letter
