Enabling Transformation in Healthcare

Synopsis: What are the key trends shaping the future of health technology and how is COVID-19 impacting this? Unsurprisingly, digital disruption will be the most important driver of transformation in healthcare and to deliver on the quadruple aim: better health outcomes, improved patient and staff experience and lower cost of care. But how can we take a holistic view of people’s health journeys and create solutions that are better attuned to customer’s emerging needs, whilst facilitating security and 3rd party innovation at the same time? Additionally, how will priorities of healthcare leaders shift as they look beyond the crisis? A question that will be explored based on the Future Health Index 2021 report.

The keynote address will be followed by the first of four joint sessions featuring researchers from Philips and the University of Toronto.
