Blue poster with the session detail, including title, date, time, and the registration link.

Session Description

January 10, 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

The Centre for Research & Innovation Support (CRIS) is continuing its popular series on Research Project Management facilitated by Alison Paprica, PhD PMP, Professor (adjunct) and Senior Fellow, Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, Dalla Lana School of Public Health.

Start off your 2023 research projects with a plan! In this webinar, Dr. Paprica will present three light-touch project management tools tailored for research. Using Microsoft Office programs: Excel, PPT, and Word, this webinar will use real world examples to show how these tools can be put to effective and immediate use in research project management. This webinar will help cut through the volume of project management guidance and tools to learn what and when to apply which tools. CRIS, in response to attendee feedback, has extended the length of the webinar to accommodate more Q&A time with Dr. Paprica.
