The Centre for Research & Innovation Support (CRIS) is continuing its popular series on Research Project Management facilitated by Alison Paprica, PhD PMP, Professor (adjunct) and Senior Fellow, Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, Dalla Lana School of Public Health.

Research projects rarely go exactly as planned. Governance defines how and by whom decisions will be made as the research is conducted and the plan for it changes. This webinar presents tools and processes for effective governance, including ways to involve stakeholders in project decisions.

To celebrate Alison Paprica’s newly published book, Research Project Management and Leadership: A Handbook for Everyone, CRIS will randomly select five webinar attendees to receive a free, signed copy. Be sure to register and attend the session for a chance to get your hands on this awesome new resource for research project management.

Note: This session will not be recorded.
