SSHRC Connection Grants Webinar – May 28, 2024

SSHRC will be holding a webinar for their Connection Grants funding opportunity.

Please note that you do not need to register in advance and a question and answer period will follow the presentation. With WebEx, questions must be submitted in writing.

To join via WebEx:

• Click on the WebEx webinar link on the date and time specified.
• Enter your name, email address and the event password.
• Adjust the volume on your computer.

***PLEASE ALSO NOTE that the August 1, 2024 deadline for Connection Grants has moved forward to June 20. This is a one-time change for the 2024-25 cycle. Going forward, the standard application deadlines will be in place.

• Internal deadlines: For UofT applicants, please see the UofT Research and Innovation Connection Grant webpage for information about internal deadlines (June 12 for MRA, June 17 for final submission via SSHRC site)
• Matching funds: also on that same Connection Grant webpage one will find information about a matching funds opportunity for CG applicants being offered by the UofT Office of the VP-International for this June CG deadline (for proposals that are international in scope – please go to that Connection Grant webpage for more information, but also note OVPI’s deadline of May 28, 2024 for applications for that matching funds opportunity)
