On behalf of each and every one of you, Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation (HHSC) is beyond delighted to be dedicating their upcoming Research Connect Webinar to the Indigenous Children, their families and communities. They will honor the truths and collectively reflect on our path toward reconciliation. Walking together on this path with the help of their elders they will take one small step, making an ardent effort, ensuring that stories are not forgotten or ignored, raising education and understanding of the truth.

HHSC is privileged to have Louise Profeit-LeBlanc “Tse Itsoh”- Beaver Woman, a member of the Nacho N’yak Dun First Nation, of Mayo, from Northeastern Yukon, Story-Teller & Keeper, Visual & Textile Artist joining the webinar and sharing “Seven Stages” of learning on how to walk towards reconciliation.

HHSC is also honored to have representative from Grandmother’s Voice joining the webinar and sharing glimpse of the current impact and historical trauma of the original people of this land, walking together on this path and finding passion towards reconciliation and action.
