Project management needs to be tailored in order to work for research. Since 2013, Prof. Alison Paprica has developed tailored versions of globally-accepted tools and process and provided training focused on research project management to over 1,000 participants from around the world.
This 6-hour workshop, delivered in two 3-hour sessions, presents a complete set of tools and process for the planning and management of research.
Please note that there are two sessions to this workshop. The second session is on October 25th from 2:00pm – 5:00pm.
