Consider the logistics of where and how you will deliver the facilitated session in advance.

Detailed coordination of the physical space or virtual environment required for the facilitated session should be considered in advance. Creating a safe and comfortable environment will help to promote participant engagement. It is recommended to finalize all logistical necessities one week in advance of the session, along with pro-actively testing virtual equipment and visiting the physical space, as needed.

What physical environment would work best?	What virtual meeting platform will be used? (i.e. Zoom, MS Teams)
How should the physical space (i.e., tables, chairs) be organized?	What technological tools would be beneficial (e.g., breakout rooms, polls, whiteboard?)
Are additional rooms or space required for smaller group discussions and activities?	Are there existing virtual platforms available and what are their unique features?
What is the proximity to hotels, restaurants, or other necessary services for participants coming from out of town?	Will Information Technology support be required?
