Use this to:

Start, Stop, Continue is a useful reflection tool to help your team evaluate their project and goals. It is also an excellent way for members to brainstorm and provide feedback on project goals.

With this tool you can facilitate a conversation about aspects of your project that your team could:

START (e.g., You aren’t doing this – but should be)
STOP (e.g., Activities that must be halted or redirected)
CONTINUE (e.g., Things that have worked well, that you should continue doing)

At the end of the exercise, there is an opportunity for action items that can be used to delegate tasks in achieving what is discussed during the session.
