The Distinguished Lecture Series in Statistical Science features talks by some of the world’s most prominent scholars in data science.
The Fields Institute annually hosts the prestigious Distinguished Lecture Series in Statistical Science (DLSS). The DLSS has been held annually since 2000, and consists of one general lecture and one more specialized lecture by an internationally prominent data scientist.
This series is co-sponsored with the Canadian Statistical Sciences Institute (CANSSI) and co-organized with CANSSI Ontario, CANSSI’s regional centre in Ontario.
