Session Description

Join the Division of People Strategy, Equity & Culture at the St. George campus, or virtually via livestream, for the annual tri-campus memorial and reflection. You will hear from both the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering on the legacy of December 6, 1989, and from a keynote speaker on the rise in and responses to transmisogyny and violence against queer and trans women. Together, we will co-create a space for healing, and move towards meaningful, intersectional action that prioritizes an end to gender-based violence for all.
