CEL in Pandemic Contexts: What Have We Learned So Far? – Mar. 1, 2022
Session Description
March 1, 2022 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
This roundtable will bring together faculty from across the University of Toronto to focus on the experiences of instructors who have taught a CEL course during the pandemic. The roundtable is envisioned as a space for instructors to reflect on what they learned during this uniquely challenging period. We also invite panelists and attendees to consider how we can use what we have learned to move forward in a (post) pandemic context. Each panelist will speak for 5-10 minutes on this roundtable topic before opening up the discussion among panelists and attendees.
Faculty Panelists:
- Susannah Bunce, Associate Professor, Department of Human Geography, University of Toronto Scarborough
- Sherry Fukuzawa, Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream, Anthropology, University of Toronto Mississauga
- Aditi Mehta, Assistant Professor, Urban Studies, University of Toronto
- Franco Taverna, Associate Professor, Teaching Stream, Human Biology Program, University of Toronto
