Join us for a two-day summit that brings together community leaders, policymakers, researchers, public health professionals, and partners to share insights and explore practical, community-based approaches to improving population health across Peel Region.
The 2026 Summit will provide an opportunity to reflect on the Network’s work to date and to help inform priorities for the years ahead, with a focus on diabetes prevention and related cardiometabolic health.
