Session 2: In Conversation with... Ike Okafor and Dr. Andrea Boggild

She will share best practices and considerations for developing trainee programs that are inclusive and considers the unique experiences of trainees from underrepresented groups that often contribute to the “leaky pipeline” and the lack of representation on the faculty level and within leadership in companies and organizations for those who pursue careers outside of academia.
Attendees are invitedto join the conversation by sharing your ideas, candid questions, expertise, successesand strategies!
