NSERC RTI: Strategies for Success – Sept. 19, 2025

The Centre for Research & Innovation Support, in collaboration with the Research Services Office, is hosting a webinar on the upcoming 2025 Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Research Tools and Instruments (RTI) Grant program for the University of Toronto community.
This session will feature a faculty panel of recent members of the RTI Evaluation Committees and/or successful RTI applicants. Panelists will share their experiences participating on the evaluation committee and tips for writing a strong proposal.
Learning Objectives
After this session, attendees will have a better understanding of the following:
- how NSERC Evaluation Committees adjudicate Research Tools and Instruments applications;
- strategies for writing stronger proposals; and
- resources available to applicants.
