Whetheryou are new to project management, have heard a few of the terms, or are aseasoned administrator looking to improve the ways you integrate your knowledgeand tools to help researchers, we have you covered! This workshop will include:

- An overview of a project life cycle and practicaltools for research administrators
- An orientation to useful methodologies that supportefficient administration of research projects
- Additional resources for those looking to furthertheir project management skills and knowledge
