REDCap Training Series

Series Description

REDCap is a free and secure web application that can be used to build and manage online surveys and databases. REDCap was introduced to the University of Toronto research community in 2019 and can be used for online and offline data collection.

The Centre for Research and Innovation Support (CRIS) in collaboration with Academic Collaboration Technologies (ACT) is launching a REDCap training series and office hours aimed at equipping REDCap users at the University of Toronto with the ability to build their own electronic data collection tools.

CRIS had previously hosted a session on Introduction to REDCap (video recording), which described REDCap and its key features, and the benefits of utilizing REDCap to support research data collection.

This series will train participants on how to build a project for data collection, as well as other basic and advanced functions on the REDCap. Individuals attending these training sessions are encouraged to register for a University of Toronto REDCap account in advance.

Office hours are also available.
