The National Institutes of Health is the United States’medical research agency, supporting scientific studies that turn discovery intohealth. As a steward of medical and behavioral research, its mission is to seekfundamental knowledge about the nature and behavior of living systems and theapplication of that knowledge to enhance health, lengthen life, and reduceillness and disability.
The OVPRI will be presenting an introductory informationsession on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 1:30PM to show you how the NIH works anddiscuss the various funding mechanisms that the NIH offers.
