IT@UofT 2024 Conference
Original Communication – Information Technology Services: Mar. 21, 2024
Registration is now open for the IT@UofT 2024 conference, which will take place in-person at St. George campus on May 8 and 9. This year’s conference theme is Better Together and will feature presentations focusing on three streams: artificial intelligence, information security and collaboration and teamwork. The conference has an excellent line-up of speakers including keynote speaker Mark Daley, Chief AI Officer at Western University. Register by April 17.

In the inaugural edition of American Caldwell’s Global University Visibility (GUV) Rankings, U of T ranked fifth in the world when it comes to public interest as measured by online searches, social media followers and web traffic, among other metrics. Moreover, U of T was the only public university – and the only university outside the United States – to place in the top five.
