Fannie Lou Hamer: Papers of a Civil Rights Activist, Political Activist, and Woman (1966-1978) is a collection of personal papers, correspondence, photographs, newspaper articles, and other printed items produced by and about Fannie Lou Hamer, a voting and civil rights activist. Topics include her work organizing and fundraising for the Freedom Farms Cooperation, fundraising with the organization Mississippians United to Elect Negro Candidates, and her relationships with family and friends.
